How it works
Employee profiles are separate per company; personal data is shared by consent. Hiring and release orders change the status automatically and length of service is calculated. The payroll sheet links to attendance, leave and piecework pay, and the payable is posted to the general ledger. In the workshop the foreman approves each employee’s quantity of work and pay is calculated automatically — everyone sees who did the most.
